What happens next
After checking insurance benefits, we'll schedule a time to complete the evaluation which usually takes 1 hour.
I'll complete the a developmental history and evaluation with you and your child, and discuss the findings with you while addressing all of your questions and concerns. With your permission, I'll communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to your physician.

Intake Paperwork
Once you have set up an appointment for an initial evaluation, you'll receive an email with an invitation to the secure Client Portal. Once you're signed up, you can fill out intake paperwork and send Kristen secure email messages if you have sensitive information or documents to share.
