Kristen Goodrich, OTR/L
I'm a New Englander at heart, born and raised in Cumberland, Maine. I lived in Boston during my college and early adulthood years, and have now settled in the Exeter region of New Hampshire with my husband, two kids, a dog, and 3 guinea pigs. In my spare time, I love baking, taking walks, going to the beach, being with my family, and co-leading our local Girl Scout Troop.
I graduated cum laude from Boston University in 2003, and am registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) with a license to practice in New Hampshire. I have been a practicing OTR (Registered Occupational Therapist) since 2003. I have experience working in community-based early intervention (birth to 3 years old), schools, and outpatient pediatric therapy. In addition, I have worked with adults in rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities, as well as home care settings.
I love working with children and their families and am excited to be able to provide OT services to kids and help them achieve a higher quality of life. My ultimate goal is to help them to be happy, confident and engaged people. I have experience working with children with various abilities, including children with the following diagnoses:
