About Me

Kristen Goodrich OTR/L smiling while sitting on the floor surrounded by silver balloons

I'm a New Englander at heart, born and raised in Maine. I lived in Boston during my college and early adulthood years, and have now settled in the Exeter, New Hampshire area with my husband, two kids, dogs, and guinea pigs. In my spare time, I love baking, taking walks, going to the beach, traveling, and hanging out with my family.

I graduated cum laude from Boston University in 2003, and am registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) with a license to practice in New Hampshire. I have been a practicing OTR (Registered Occupational Therapist) since 2003. I have experience working in community-based early intervention (birth to 3 years old), schools, and outpatient pediatric therapy. I've also worked with adults in rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, home care settings.

I love working with children and their families, and am thankful to be able to support them with my training as an OT. In addition to your goals for your child, my ultimate goal is to help kids be happy, confident and engaged in their surroundings. Families come to my clinic from all over New England - from the seacoast of New Hampshire to southeastern Maine, northeastern Massachusetts, and the Merrimack Valley. In addition, I provide telehealth services across the state of NH, all the way up to Coos County!

Overcoming my own fears (summiting a volcano!) is part of why I love helping kids tap into their own strength
